Junior Data Analyst

• Experience in transfer agent, cash operation or accounting considered an advantage
• Fluent working knowledge of English (minimum C1) mandatory
• Knowledge of Private Capital fund specificities considered an advantage
• Numerate and analytical skills
• Knowledge of MS Office tools, focused on Excel skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Self-motivation to develop
• Internal client focused approach

• Creation and modification (maker and checker) of the static data objects to maintain a reliable and consistent referential
• Verification and control of the associated documentation of Private Capital funds (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Securitization, etc.)
• Perform all Static Data BAU tasks in a timely manner and according to procedures
• Perform, execute and materialize controls for managed operational processes
• Propose and implement process enhancements
• Main communication and relations with internal clients
• Proactively support line Team Leader in BAU topics, crisis management, meetings and projects
• Support the integration of new operational activities
• Identify risks timely and efficiently to mitigate them
• Contribute to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA
• Be responsible for a variety of complex tasks
