Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global organization
- Thorough knowledge of implementing key HR processes (employee lifecycle, performance management, L&D)
- Proactive approach focused on building relationships based on values and trust
- Analytical talent: data-driven decision making and analysis of indicators impacting the company
- Openness to new challenges
- Interest in latest HR trends and knowledge of local labor law
- Fluent English in spoken and written form (minimum B2)
Obowiązki
- Advising and supporting leaders in daily people management challenges and key personnel decisions
- Actively influencing the culture of openness and collaboration
- Developing management staff and competencies by cooperating with leadership to strengthen leadership skills and supporting key L&D programs based on organizational needs
- Optimizing HR processes to ensure positive Employee Experience (EX)
- Participating in creating transparent and engaging internal communication, including newsletter editing
- Participating in creating and implementing People & Culture initiatives aligned with company mission and values, in cooperation with HRBP team and other HR teams
