Recruitment / HR Specialist (regular / senior)

Artifex Mundi is a computer game producer and publisher with nearly 20 years of history. They have sold over 10 million copies of Hidden Object games and currently focus on creating mobile F2P games in the HO and RPG genres.

• Experience in independently conducting recruitment processes (preferably in gamedev or IT)
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proactivity and sense of ownership; initiates and independently completes tasks
• Action-oriented and effective; not just a task executor
• Interest in the gaming industry is a strong advantage, including understanding game engines, gameplay, and production pipelines

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes
• Active sourcing of candidates (LinkedIn, networking, own initiatives)
• Collaborate with hiring managers at all stages of the process
• Coordinate cooperation with external recruitment agencies
• Ensure positive candidate experience and consistent communication based on the company's EVP
• Coordinate and support the onboarding process
• Participate in additional HR activities such as onboarding, employer branding (fairs, conferences), and benefits management
