Integration Migration Consultant (Google Workspace to M365)

Currently, we are looking for experienced consultants to join a large-scale enterprise migration program from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 (M365).

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Experience with API integrations, system architecture, and data flows
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms and integration patterns
• Experience in cloud transformation or migration projects
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills

• Analyze Google Extensions and API integrations, including:
  • Usage and traffic volumes
  • Business processes supported by APIs
  • User groups interacting with integrations
• Identify business-critical integrations requiring migration, redesign, or replacement
• Assess connector feasibility, authentication flows, and data pipelines
• Evaluate coexistence scenarios between Google and Microsoft environments
• Provide recommendations: rebuild, replace, deprecate, or escalate
• Propose high-level rebuild approaches using Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure Functions, Graph APIs)
