ServiceNow HRSD Team Manager

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with strong focus on HRSD.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including team building and leadership.
• At least one active ServiceNow certification (e.g. CSA, CIS HRSD, or equivalent) required to validate delivery quality and team output.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and HR processes (employee lifecycle, case management, knowledge management).
• Proven experience in pre-sales, pipeline management, or go-to-market activities.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Build and manage a ServiceNow HRSD delivery team in Poland, including recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
• Set standards and ensure quality delivery across HRSD projects, reviewing solutions and aligning with ServiceNow best practices.
• Drive go-to-market activities, collaborating with sales and leadership to grow the HRSD pipeline and support pre-sales initiatives.
• Design and evolve ServiceNow HRSD offerings with a focus on AI-powered solutions and reusable assets.
• Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting client conversations and ensuring team readiness for upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure scalable and differentiated solutions.
