Contract Management Specialist (with Turkish)

• Minimum 6 months of experience in contract administration or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in law preferred, but Business Administration or Finance degree acceptable.
• Basic understanding of contract management principles and legal terminology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• English and Turkish at CEFR Grade B2 or higher.

• Assist in drafting standard contracts, amendments, and authorization letters under supervision.
• Maintain and update contract records and databases.
• Support the review of contract terms and escalate issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and approvals.
• Help identify and track contract-related issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Provide administrative support to the Contract Management team.
