System Designer

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. The company has a team of 1,300 employees and operates in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• 3+ years of experience working on or managing design systems.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android.
• Excellent understanding of Figma, including tokens, autolayouts, and latest updates.
• Ability to incorporate new features and adjustments from various sources into the Design System.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basics of client-server architecture.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with a low-ego, high-impact mindset.
• Engineering mindset with systematic, analytical thinking to design and refine scalable, integrated design solutions.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills with attention to detail in visual design and brand consistency.

• Design creative solutions for A/B testing and experiments across digital platforms.
• Partner with Product Owners to define business requirements and collaborate with researchers for insights.
• Collaborate with analytics to analyze test results and user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Create and continuously update design systems to keep them modern, scalable, and aligned with current trends.
• Work closely with other designers, potentially managing and mentoring them, to ensure a consistent design approach across all tools.
• Incorporate new features from the UX team and suggestions from stakeholders to improve and expand design systems.

The role is fully on-site in the Warsaw office.
