Wymagania
Must have:
- Experience working with large-scale, resilient network environments.
- Understanding of network resilience and high availability principles.
- Experience in capacity management, ideally in a network environment (e.g. bandwidth, ports, routers, firewalls, servers).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience working within ITIL frameworks.
- Understanding of how capacity consumption impacts performance and service stability.
- Ability to collaborate and engage with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset and results-driven approach.
- Problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
Nice to have:

Experience working in a global enterprise environment.

Experience working with vendors and third-party providers.

Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

Exposure to network architecture or working closely with architecture teams.

Obowiązki
- Drive improvements to capacity management within Connectivity in line with internal control requirements.
- Ensure capacity management activities are prioritized based on risk to service, effort required, and cost (including Total Cost of Ownership).
- Represent Connectivity in the global Capacity Management Community of Practice.
- Identify and analyze business demand drivers that impact capacity consumption for key Connectivity services.
- Quantify and model the relationship between business demand and infrastructure capacity usage.
- Ensure all changes impacting network infrastructure are reviewed and assessed by Connectivity Architects.
- Work with business areas to ensure all programmes, projects, and changes go through the Connectivity Front Door process.
- Prioritize initiatives to reduce infrastructure outages and recurring incidents.
- Ensure global capacity management standards are defined and followed.
- Drive continuous service improvement across domains and vendors using the Continuous Improvement methodology.
