Salesforce Developer (m/f/n)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer experienced in Telco Industry.

The project is a long-term engagement, with the potential to become a steady initiative lasting well beyond a year.

• Hands-on experience in Communications Cloud / Vlocity / Revenue Cloud.
• Experience with EPC and ESM.
• Knowledge of BRE and telco industry.
• Familiarity with Business Process Framework (eTOM).

Nice to have:

• Certificates such as Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Communications Cloud Accredited Professional.

• Improve and reshape an existing Salesforce solution to deliver real value to the customer.
• Work on a wide range of tasks including EPC, order management integrations, ESM setup, and Omniscript refinements.
• Build new features and create less out-of-the-box features from scratch based on APEX.
• Implement best practices and define new ones where needed.

Nice to have:

• Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud.
• Work hands-on with Vlocity / Revenue Cloud components.
• Configure and develop EPC, ESM, and BRE functionalities.
• Participate in full development lifecycle within Agile methodology.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
