Wymagania
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business-Systems Analyst in projects for financial institutions, preferably in cards/payments area
- Experience working with card systems or card processing platforms (issuing or acquiring)
- Domain knowledge of financial services business areas (cards, payments, acquiring/issuing)
- Very good understanding of card schemes and processes (authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks)
- Knowledge of card network rules and standards (Visa, Mastercard, ISO8583)
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to cards and payments
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Ability to gather and organize business and technical requirements
- Experience preparing detailed business and technical specifications and cooperating with IT, compliance, and business teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience working in PCI-DSS compliant environments
- Participation in PCI-DSS audits or remediation programs
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements in card acquiring ecosystems

- Preparing business and system specifications
- Supporting the integration of banking systems
- Participating in business and system testing activities
- Cooperating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conducting analyses and supporting testing (SIT/UAT)
- Acting as a subject matter expert in the area of Cards

Inne informacje
Employment contract (umowa o pracę) based in Warsaw. Work location may include remote, onsite at client, or Accenture office depending on project.
