Banking IT Systems Business Analyst - KYC

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business-Systems Analyst in projects for financial institutions, preferably in KYC/AML area
• Experience working with KYC/AML systems or customer onboarding systems
• Domain knowledge of financial services business areas including KYC/AML, onboarding, and customer due diligence
• Very good knowledge of KYC processes including onboarding, CDD/EDD, customer data monitoring, periodic reviews, and screening (sanctions, PEP, adverse media)
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory environment for KYC/AML (e.g., AML directives, FATF guidelines)
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
• Ability to gather and organize business and technical requirements
• Experience preparing detailed business and technical specifications and cooperating with IT, compliance, and business teams
• Practical experience in modeling business processes using BPMN notation
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written and spoken)

• Preparing business and system specifications
• Supporting the integration of banking systems
• Participating in business and system testing activities
• Cooperating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conducting analyses and supporting testing (SIT/UAT)
• Acting as a subject matter expert in the area of KYC
