Infield Support Technician/Field Service Engineer – Precision Agriculture (DACH region)

• Mother tongue German and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in GNSS and guidance solutions within the digital agriculture sector.
• Preferred educational background in agronomy or related field.
• Strong understanding of precision farming technologies and their applications, including installation on agricultural machinery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Install and configure FieldBee GNSS and guidance systems on various agricultural machinery, mainly tractors and combine harvesters, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for dealers and end-users to enable effective operation and maintenance of the systems.
• Provide timely on-site and remote technical support to resolve system issues and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they achieve maximum value from the solutions.
• Communicate customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
