(CTOp Architecture) Practice Lead

Experienced professional sought to organize and develop the working methods of technology teams in a large, complex organization. The role focuses on influencing how teams work, collaborate, and develop rather than coding. The position operates at the intersection of multiple areas including infrastructure, data, platforms, cybersecurity, and business systems, aiming to build consistent standards and raise engineering maturity.

• Strong understanding of the technological environment (software, infrastructure, platforms)
• Experience working across teams and connecting different areas
• Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions
• Experience with transformations (e.g., Agile, DevOps, process modernization)
• Very good communication skills and ability to influence the organization
• Comfortable working in an environment with many stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in large (enterprise) organizations
• Work on transformation programs or engineering efficiency improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of metrics and maturity models (e.g., DORA, DevOps maturity)
• Experience in roles such as TPM, Engineering Manager, Architect, Transformation Lead

Scope of responsibilities:

• Coordinating initiatives related to the development of engineering practices across multiple technology domains
• Collaborating with technology leaders and teams to unify standards and ways of working
• Analyzing engineering metrics (e.g., quality, performance, delivery) and translating them into concrete actions
• Preparing recommendations and improvement plans in the engineering area
• Supporting the implementation of best practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD, quality standards, governance)
• Participating in strategic and working meetings as a partner for technology leadership
• Co-creating approaches to competence development and career paths within the organization
