Digital Portfolio & Asset Lead

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6+ years) in digital product management, asset portfolio management, or similar roles, ideally with a focus on AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI, Agentic AI, and their applications in business operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing stakeholders across technical and business domains.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Certified AI Product Manager (Microsoft) or equivalent certification.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with domain-specific (F&A, HR, Supply Chain, Contact Center) software asset development.
• Demonstrated success in shaping commercial value propositions and supporting GTM initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving rapid execution.
• Awareness of AI development frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AgentFramework) and experience using AI tools for ideation and trend analysis.

Portfolio Strategy & Value Proposition:

• Define and evolve the digital asset and demonstrator portfolio strategy, ensuring offerings are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value.
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered digital tooling and demonstrators, integrating GenAI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Shape and communicate compelling value propositions for digital assets, supporting pre-sales, sales, and GTM teams.

Asset & Demonstrator Management:

• Oversee the lifecycle management of digital assets and demonstrators, from ideation and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, process owners) to ensure cohesive delivery and integration of AI/ML capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

• Engage with key stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and expectations, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, aligning expectations and execution.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Thought Leadership & Innovation:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital asset management, AI adoption, and demonstrator design.
• Foster a culture of innovation, rapid prototyping, and experimentation balanced with enterprise-grade governance and risk management.
