Process Automation Specialist

• Studying or recently graduated in a computer-science or IT-related field, with strong MS Office skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining VBA macros and solid analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and eager to learn.
• Effective communicator in English and comfortable working in a team.
• Creative mindset and motivated to develop new skills.

• Work closely with finance teams across the organization to understand their needs and support the design and implementation of automation for documents, processes, and reports.
• Build, update, and manage automated solutions.
• Provide Finance users with guidance on how to operate and maintain the implemented automation.
• Assess and experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Track, review, and interpret testing outcomes together with users for any improvements introduced.
• Contribute to problem-solving and brainstorming activities related to continuous improvement.
• Proactively pursue opportunities to expand your skills in automation and continuous improvement.
