O2C Finance Specialist (Collections with Turkish)

• Minimum 6 to 12 months of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) or related area.
• Proficient in Turkish (C1) and English (B2).
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
• High attention to detail and solid analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Chasing outstanding invoices from customers of clients.
• Assisting customers experiencing repayment difficulties, chasing up late payments and arranging the best way forward to repay the debt.
• Managing an Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolio.
• Achieving cash collection and ageing targets.
• Identifying frequently recurring situations at customer level, escalating such situations and suggesting remedial actions.
• Applying fundamental collection techniques and adjusting collection strategies to the portfolio requirements.
