Wymagania
- 4–7+ years in e-commerce, product management, or website ownership
- Experience managing Shopify stores for $5M–$20M+ brands
- Strong product thinking and execution (user behavior, business goals, technical logic)
- Proven ability to build processes and manage cross-functional delivery
- Experience working closely with developers on technical projects
- Strong risk awareness and ownership mindset
- Clear, assertive communicator who can drive decisions and push back when needed
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows

Nice to have:
- Experience in health, wellness, or regulated products
- Background in subscription or lifecycle-driven businesses
- Experience with CRO and A/B testing frameworks
Obowiązki
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Shopify projects (landing pages, PDPs, checkout, integrations)
- Translate business and product needs into clear scopes, timelines, and dev-ready requirements
- Coordinate marketing, product, engineering, and compliance to ensure smooth execution
- Establish and improve workflows for development, QA, releases, and post-launch monitoring
- Work closely with developers to unblock work, clarify requirements, and ensure quality implementation
- Identify risks early (e.g. tracking, subscriptions, integrations) and ensure they are addressed during delivery
- Drive better ways of working - faster launches, fewer errors, clearer ownership
