Senior React Native Engineer

LiveKid creates software tools that solve real problems faced by kindergarten and nursery directors and parents, simplifying communication and administrative tasks. Their mobile app is used daily by over 500,000 parents and 5,000+ daycares across Poland, Spain, and Mexico. The engineering team consists of approximately 13 experienced engineers focused on code quality, testing, and architecture.

• 4+ years of experience with React Native.
• Experience releasing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Solid debugging and architecture skills.
• Proficiency in writing well-testable code and appropriate tests.
• Working proficiency in English and Polish, including written communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Firebase and Realtime Database.
• Experience with app analytics.
• Experience with automated testing suites beyond basic unit/component tests.
• Experience with other frontend/backend JavaScript technologies (Node.js, ReactJS, Next.js).
• Experience with UI/UX design principles.

• Build and maintain the LiveKid mobile app used by 500,000 daily users on iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to release new features and improvements.
• Write idiomatic, modern, and well-tested React Native code.
