Wymagania
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset, financial comprehension, a can-do attitude, and a strong sense of ownership toward the product you are working on.
- Have a strong track record of driving business growth of a B2C SaaS product through product innovation and customer-centricity.
- Have great product instincts. You just know what makes a great product.
- Have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product delivery lifecycle.
- Experience in hiring, shaping and leading a team of highly skilled professionals and managers.
- Have proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Have a technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Obowiązki
Your day-to-day:
- Lead, represent, and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap to all stakeholders. Make sure that product strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy and goals.
- Act as the CEO of a product within the company and own the P&L.
- Scope and prioritize product activities based on business needs, customer impact and industry trends.
- Act as the customer advocate by articulating the user’s needs.
- Work closely with the marketing, customer success and other teams to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Take leadership, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring your team members.
