• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, financial comprehension, a can-do attitude, and a strong sense of ownership toward the product you are working on.
• Have a strong track record of driving business growth of a B2C SaaS product through product innovation and customer-centricity.
• Have great product instincts. You just know what makes a great product.
• Have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product delivery lifecycle.
• Experience in hiring, shaping and leading a team of highly skilled professionals and managers.
• Have proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Have a technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Your day-to-day:

• Lead, represent, and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap to all stakeholders. Make sure that product strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy and goals.
• Act as the CEO of a product within the company and own the P&L.
• Scope and prioritize product activities based on business needs, customer impact and industry trends.
• Act as the customer advocate by articulating the user’s needs.
• Work closely with the marketing, customer success and other teams to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Take leadership, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring your team members.
