Senior Fullstack Developer (React & .NET Core)

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Front-end skills: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/RTK, hooks, modern UI patterns.
• Back-end skills: C# .NET Core, REST/Web APIs, microservices.
• Experience with Python (pyspark) for distributed data processing and analytic transformations.
• Proficiency with Power BI including dashboards, data models, DAX, performance tuning, and governance.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Experience with DevOps/CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure (preferred) or AWS.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other relational databases; NoSQL is a plus.
• Containerization skills with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of capital markets, credit risk (PD, LGD, EAD, credit exposure modeling, counterparty risk), and market risk (VaR, sensitivities, stress testing, pricing concepts).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Basel, FRTB, IFRS9 is an advantage.
• Language skills: Polish and English.

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using React and C#.NET Core.
• Implement high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Create responsive, modular UI components using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and risk domain experts on credit risk and market risk solutions.
• Use Python (pyspark) for data pipelines and transformations.
• Maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Design event-driven and distributed systems (Kafka, Event Hub, etc.).
• Drive best practices including code reviews, tests, performance tuning, and documentation.
• Support cloud migration and modernization on Azure and AWS.
• Mentor junior developers in an agile, cross-functional team.
