• Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment (specifically Kanban framework)
• Requirement engineering for complex projects
• Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through implementation in a business-facing IT environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with business users and IT development teams at various seniority levels
• Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope
• Ability to escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to Project Management
• Delivery-oriented approach to tasks and projects
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA

Nice to have:

• Kanban framework experience

• 5 years of experience in a similar role

• English language proficiency

• Work closely with business SME’s to elicit and define business requirements, translating them into agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Perform business requirements gathering using various techniques and support requirement refinement using agile methodologies
• Present business requirements, proposed solutions, and acceptance criteria to the Product Owner for review
• Support the development team with query resolution during development phases
• Work with IT teams to refine solution designs and user stories and communicate back to business stakeholders
• Test delivered IT components and collaborate with development team to resolve defects
• Prepare materials for senior stakeholders
