AI Support Agent- Czech/Slovak Speaking

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. The company has a team of 1,300 employees and operates in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.

• Ability to communicate effectively, handle objections, and guide customers toward purchase.
• Comfortable adjusting how AI thinks and speaks without needing to code.
• Enjoy analyzing data to understand conversation outcomes.
• Ability to switch between sales and strategy modes.
• English or Czech/Slovak language proficiency is mandatory.
• Availability for five days per week within a 24/7 shift rotation.

• Take over high-priority calls when the AI reaches its limit to convert visitors into paying customers.
• Write and refine the prompts and scripts that the AI uses to fix logic issues.
• Monitor customer interactions to identify points of frustration or drop-off and suggest improvements based on data.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams to ensure automated messages are on-brand and effective.
• Work five days per week within a 24/7 shift rotation, Monday to Sunday, 09:00-18:00 with two days off per week.
