GRC Consultant with German

• Minimum B2 level proficiency in German (mandatory).
• 3 to 6 years of experience in GRC projects.
• Very good knowledge of ISO 27001 and implementation experience.
• Experience in risk management and security compliance.
• Consulting skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with BSI IT-Grundschutz (nice to have).

• Support structural analyses and security requirements assessments.
• Perform IT-Grundschutz compliance checks.
• Conduct baseline security checks for IT services.
• Plan and conduct interviews with stakeholders.
• Document analysis results and prepare project artifacts in German.
• Support risk assessment and risk management processes.
• Collaborate with security teams and business units.
