Senior Business & System Analyst

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration form dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, executing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The role is for an experienced System Analyst who wants to have a real impact on the development of key financial systems at one of the three largest banks in Poland.

• Minimum 4/5 years of experience as a System Analyst
• Very good knowledge of REST API
• Very good knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of OpenAPI and AsyncAPI
• Practical knowledge of tools: Postman, Swagger, Enterprise Architect
• Experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience in system analysis and solution design

• Translate business needs into concrete system solutions that are efficient and technologically sound
• Participate in designing solutions together with architects and developers
• Ensure requirements are well understood and consistent across all teams
• Create clear documentation and specifications that effectively support work
• Support teams during testing and deployments, helping to finalize solutions
• Coordinate collaboration between teams to ensure everything works as a whole
• Have a real impact on system development and decision-making
