• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a similar role.
• Experience leading initiatives at the intersection of business and technology.
• Ability to gather and organize business and functional requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technology teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments.
• Ability to plan activities, set priorities, and coordinate multiple threads simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ease in stakeholder interaction.
• Analytical thinking and decision-making based on data and business needs.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT, digital, e-commerce, or data-driven environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Experience building product roadmaps, backlogs, and defining KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis or collaboration with UX, data, or development teams.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or related methodologies.

• Leading product and project initiatives from needs analysis to implementation.
• Gathering, organizing, and prioritizing business and functional requirements.
• Co-creating product roadmaps or project plans aligned with business goals.
• Coordinating collaboration among business stakeholders, technology, analytics, and operations teams.
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and supporting teams in effective execution.
• Ensuring quality project communication and transparent information flow among all involved parties.
• Supporting decision-making processes regarding scope, priorities, and development direction.
• Participating in preparation of project and product documentation and status reporting.
