The role involves working on projects in a modern technological environment, developing and enhancing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics to support key business processes.

• Minimum 2–4 years of commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in development or maintenance of solutions based on Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of languages and technologies used in the Dynamics ecosystem such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience in creating integrations and developing business logic on the system side.
• Knowledge of APIs and integration services used in the Microsoft environment.
• Ability to collaborate with business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with development tools, version control, and deployment.
• Ability to work in project environments and cross-functional teams.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture.
• Experience with integrations using Azure Functions, Service Bus, or other cloud services.
• Knowledge of best practices regarding security, performance, and scalability of solutions.
• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Creating and developing functionalities supporting business processes in CRM, ERP, or Power Platform depending on the project.
• Developing integrations between Dynamics and other internal and external applications and services.
• Participating in business requirements analysis and translating them into technical solutions.
• Collaborating with development, analytical, testing, and business teams on project initiatives.
• Creating and developing extensions, configurations, and components tailored to project needs.
• Participating in testing, optimization, and maintaining quality of developed solutions.
• Creating and updating technical documentation.
