Backend Software Engineer (Java & DevOps)

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The team works on the Global Disbursements Platform, a solution enabling global fund transfers, supplier payments, salary credits, tax payments, and multi-channel payment processing.

• Strong experience with Cloud Native Technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Istio Service Mesh.
• Proficiency in traditional technologies: Bash/Shell, Groovy or Java, Unix/Linux.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain distributed containerized platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Resolve blockers for developers and ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain communication with technical architects and management to provide updates on progress and issues.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all quality gates are applied to deliverables.
• Prepare production support walkthrough documents and release checklists.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
