Senior RPA Developer (UiPath, with German)

• Around 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development (preferably with UiPath).
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, stable, and secure automation solutions.
• Sharp analytical mindset paired with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in German, enabling smooth collaboration with stakeholders.
• Confident command of English for everyday teamwork and documentation.
• Additional experience with other automation tools or scripting languages is a plus.

• A university degree in a technical or business-related field.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain RPA workflows in UiPath aligned with business requirements and automation strategy.
• Analyze, map, and document processes to identify automation opportunities and ensure clarity in solution design.
• Build and implement solutions leveraging UiPath Document Understanding for document-driven processes.
• Work within the SCRUM framework and apply Agile practices to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize existing automations to improve reliability and performance.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure solutions follow best practices, standards, and security guidelines.
