Relevant professional experience of 2 years in HR or a closely related area
English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Practical background supporting HR operations in technology or commercial organizations
Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple tasks and deadlines
Flexibility to adjust to continual change and operate effectively in complex, uncertain situations

Partner with Primary People Partners responsible for specific disciplines or practices
Support HR processes including employee experience management, retention, and performance development, first with coaching and later autonomously
Assist unit leadership with audits of local programs and frameworks to ensure compliance with local labor law requirements
Help organize and participate in unit townhalls and events to boost employee engagement and office attendance
Contribute to Shared Service Center activities and coordinate with stakeholders on varied HR tasks and people-related issues
