Senior Fullstack Developer (Java + Angular)

Scalo is involved in implementing modern solutions supporting the insurance sector, working with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Angular, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, RabbitMQ, and ElasticSearch.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Java
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Kafka
• Good knowledge of Angular and TypeScript
• Very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud (minimum 5 years)
• Good knowledge of SQL (minimum 5 years)
• Experience working with Git and Maven
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks
• Understanding and practical application of Functional Programming and Object-Oriented Programming paradigms
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, RabbitMQ, and ElasticSearch
• Ability to scale applications and ensure their performance
• Knowledge of performance diagnostics tools for deployed solutions

• Implement modern solutions supporting the insurance sector
• Work with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Angular, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch
• Build and develop systems for reporting and handling claims in a distributed microservices architecture
• Participate in designing architecture using modern technologies
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components
• Develop automated test pyramids and ensure high software quality
• Perform and receive code reviews
• Optimize and scale applications and analyze performance of deployed solutions
• Participate in scrum events and collaborate daily in a cohesive, quality team
• Work in a hybrid model with 1 day per week in the Warsaw office
