React Native Lead

• 5 years of experience creating and deploying mobile apps using React Native for iOS and Android.
• Proven experience leading a development team with mentoring and coaching skills.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and implementation of native Android and/or iOS apps.
• Experience with full mobile development life cycle.
• At least one successfully released product while managing a team.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with Git and agile development environments.
• Adept problem solver with a history of delivering quality code and solutions.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.

• Lead the design and development of an SDK and mobile applications in React Native, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Establish, enforce and drive best practices in programming, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with native platform engineers (iOS/Android), product managers, and designers to define technical requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Produce documents and diagrams to communicate designs and processes.
• Provide regular feedback and support to team members to develop their skills.
• Articulate technical concepts and project updates to partners.
• Fine-tune application performance and fix bottlenecks.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment.
