Senior SAP MDG Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP MDG Consultant to join our dynamic team and lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions. This role involves providing expert consulting services across various SAP MDG domains to support complex projects and multi-country rollouts.

• 6+ years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 3+ years dedicated to SAP MDG in the domains of Material, BP, Finance, or Custom Objects
• Expertise in SAP MDG 2021+ features, including Data Modeling, BRFplus-based validations, and UI modeling with FPM
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori for MDG, NWBC, SAP Workflow, and mass processing functionalities
• Knowledge of SAP MDG integration with S/4HANA, including data replication frameworks like DRFOUT
• Background in Business Process Modeling, Data Modeling, and Process Modeling
• Proficiency in tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and CTS+/gCTS
• Capability to execute end-to-end project activities, including SIT/UAT and defect resolution
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

• Implement SAP MDG for Material/Product, BP, Finance, or Custom Objects, including data model extensions, governance workflows, and data quality processes
• Configure SAP MDG data models, validation rules, reference data, and workflows
• Participate in blueprinting, configuration, testing, and cutover activities for pilot and multi-country rollouts
• Support design deliverables such as attribute matrices, workflow design, and functional specifications
• Facilitate SAP MDG integration with S/4HANA and downstream systems via IDocs, APIs, or SOAP
• Execute SIT/UAT, resolve defects, and manage transport sequencing for go-live phases
• Develop rollout templates, localization variants, and reuse strategy for project expansions
• Contribute to data quality rule catalogs, monitoring dashboards, and migration mapping
• Maintain configuration workbooks, WRICEF specifications, and process documentation
• Produce knowledge transfer materials, troubleshooting guides, and hypercare checklists
• Ensure traceability between requirements, configurations, and testing evidence
