Senior SAP MDM Consultant (Data Steward)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP MDM Consultant (Data Steward) to lead and manage master data initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Master Data Management, data governance, and system integrations, along with the ability to collaborate across functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management or similar environments
• Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data quality management concepts
• Expertise in integrating SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems and addressing interface troubleshooting
• Proficiency in working with data profiling, harmonization, cleansing, and migration processes using ETL tools
• Understanding of key business master data objects, including Material Master, Business Partner, and Finance master data
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with both business and technical stakeholders
• Flexibility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Nice to have:

• Certification in SAP Master Data Management or related domains
• Background in participating in data governance and data quality initiatives
• Familiarity with managing enterprise master data objects beyond core business domains

• Lead master data management efforts, including data profiling, harmonization, and cleansing, to maintain data quality
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems, addressing interface issues as they arise
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Sales teams to resolve master data issues effectively
• Act as the primary point of contact for master data issues affecting regional operations and logistical processes
• Oversee data migration activities, leveraging ETL tools to enable smooth transitions
• Drive data governance initiatives to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of master data
• Manage master data maintenance using both SAP standard and non-standard tools/transactions
• Provide expertise in the implementation and optimization of key master data objects, including Material Master, Business Partner, and Finance master data
