Senior Business IT Consultant (Automotive, German)

In the BTS Auto department, you will use your skills and experience to support clients in the automotive area focusing on digital transformation, digitization, Customer First, Industry 4.0, and related fields. The Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) department consists of business analysts, IT architects, and project managers who support clients in designing, planning, and conducting digital transformations. They bridge business objectives and IT solutions to improve or transform business processes. The team operates in Wrocław, Poznań, and Gdańsk.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, designing IT architectures, or implementing IT systems in enterprises, especially in the automotive industry
• Experience in analysis, modeling, and process improvement
• Interest in the automotive industry and its ongoing changes
• Knowledge of current market trends such as Digitalization, Customer First, Industry 4.0
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage business partners
• Proficiency in German and English
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to analyze processes, situations, and problems in a structured way and propose solutions focused on business goals

• Working as an independent consultant advising clients from the automotive industry in digital transformation, digitization, Industry 4.0, etc.
• Multi-aspect analysis, modeling, and improvement of business processes, organizational structures, and clients' IT environments, defining appropriate IT solutions
• Preparing concepts, planning, and supporting the implementation of prepared solutions
• Conducting presentations and workshops with clients
• Co-creating offers for clients
• Supporting clients in key automotive industry processes including production, logistics, marketing, sales, and after-sales service
• Implementing innovative industry trends such as connected car, customer interaction, in-car services, autonomous driving
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced consultants and leading small consulting teams
