• Experience as an Architect, Senior Engineer, or Consultant with proven thought leadership in M365 and Modern Workplace solutions
• Strong background in collaboration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and endpoint management (Intune / Modern Device Management)
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical architecture at both high and low level detail
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with technical teams, stakeholders, and client leadership
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
• Experience with Modern Endpoint Management with Intune, including device and application management, compliance, and modern provisioning (e.g. Autopilot)
• Knowledge of identity and access architecture including Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and Active Directory
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations, carve outs, mergers, or divestments across M365 workloads
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written

• Lead the architecture and technical direction of Modern Workplace / M365 transformations, acting as design authority for assigned solutions
• Take architectural ownership of M365 solutions across collaboration, identity, and endpoint management, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards
• Design and document target architectures, migration approaches, and transition states for enterprise customers
• Assess dependencies and the impact of architectural changes across platforms and services
• Capture requirements and shape solutions in collaboration with clients, delivery teams, and security stakeholders
• Articulate architectural objectives, options, and business benefits during transition and transformation phases
• Support delivery teams with ongoing architectural guidance throughout implementation
