Senior Technical BA / Test Analyst – Financial Markets & Model Risk

Join the Markets Model Risk COO team to support the development, testing, and deployment of pricing and risk models across all asset classes. Work closely with Quants, Strats, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of new services and models into production, while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance.

• Basic knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Jenkins, Trace Horizon, Genesis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Quant, IT, and business teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Haskell, Java, Unix, or functional programming

• Test new models, services, and production releases, creating and executing test cases and reporting results.
• Conduct business analysis to understand requirements and assess impacts on upstream and downstream systems.
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business needs.
• Support automation and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Manage escalations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Follow internal and regulatory compliance standards, including operational risk and ethical conduct.
