Senior Product Manager

Gypsy Collective is a digital entertainment team with over 100 professionals working in a remote-first environment. The company focuses on creating innovative products and transforming work into an expedition, emphasizing clear communication, growth, and exploration.

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the iGaming industry
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and product decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Asana
• Understanding of user experience design principles and best practices
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving user problems

Nice to have:

• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing product features based on user feedback
• Knowledge of performance marketing and analytics platforms
• Background in data science or statistics
• Experience in stakeholder management and leading product demos

• Defining product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
