Staff Product Data Analyst

• 8+ years of extensive experience in product analytics, data science, or related fields, with a proven track record above senior individual contributor level.
• Proven ability to act as an equal partner within a product team (PM, Engineering, Design), influencing roadmaps and fostering fast-paced execution without direct reporting lines.
• Expert-level SQL skills and advanced proficiency in statistical programming (Python) for complex data mining, causal inference, and advanced modeling.
• Proven ability to architect and scale self-serve data ecosystems using platforms such as Looker, Amplitude, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate extreme ambiguity and translate unaddressed business challenges into strategic drivers.
• Demonstrable impact of data and analytical approaches driving product changes and key business outcomes through experimentation.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data findings into persuasive strategies.
• Conversational to full professional proficiency in English.

• Act as a strategic co-leader within the product domain alongside Product and Engineering leadership, proactively dictating data-driven pivots and fostering a culture of rapid experimentation.
• Proactively identify white-space opportunities and define ambiguous problem spaces before they reach leadership, driving them end-to-end to tangible business outcomes.
• Champion sophisticated, hypothesis-driven experimentation frameworks such as causal inference and complex A/B/n testing to de-risk product development and guide actionable steps.
• Design and implement analytical frameworks, tooling architectures, and best practices that scale across the entire Product Analytics organization.
• Serve as the foremost technical expert and mentor for the Product Analytics team, continuously improving data integrity, methodology, and business acumen.
