The client is an international financial services organization operating in the capital markets domain, focused on processing and analyzing large volumes of transactional data. The company develops modern data platforms that support trading, operational efficiency, and regulatory reporting. It operates in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with a strong emphasis on scalability, data quality, and advanced analytics.
The project involves modernization of CRM platforms within the financial services and trading sector, customizing Dynamics 365 (primarily Sales, Customer Service, OmniChannel modules), building integrations with external systems, optimizing business processes, and supporting data analytics and regulatory reporting requirements.
Wymagania
- 3–6 years of experience with Power Platform / Dataverse / Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript
- Experience with Dynamics SDK and Web API
- Experience in plugin and workflow development
- Understanding of CRM architecture, data model, and security model
- Experience with integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Functions)
- Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Knowledge of Azure / AWS services and cloud-based integrations
- Experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
Nice to have:
- Experience in financial services / trading platforms
- Exposure to data migration tools and techniques
- Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (Power BI)
Obowiązki
- Design and develop solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, OmniChannel, Customer Service, or related modules)
- Build entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET
- Develop custom control in JavaScript
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs, cloud services, or middleware
- Work with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) to extend CRM capabilities
- Support deployment activities and manage CRM environments
