Mid AI Engineer

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly for clients in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists and matching candidates with suitable offers (body leasing).

• Recruitment process consists of 2 stages:
  • A short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with the HR department
  • Online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour), including questions about experience and technical knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in creating and developing chatbots or voicebots (SentiOne Automate platform is a plus)
• Knowledge of Python and JavaScript
• Ability to analyze data from user interactions and implement improvements based on insights
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams and interest in trends in Conversational AI
