Commerzbank's FlexHub is an internal delivery capability team consisting of engineers, architects, analysts, and experts working directly with business units. Based in Frankfurt, Sofia, and Łódź, the team drives high-priority initiatives and builds lasting internal expertise.

• Deep expertise in business analysis with a strong track record in complex banking software.
• Experience guiding other analysts and making trade-offs regarding scope and complexity.
• Strong ability to gather, prioritize, and analyze business requirements.
• Skills in visualizing and mapping business processes using BPMN.
• Proficient in utilizing Jira for task management and Agile collaboration.
• Experience creating detailed and actionable user stories for Agile development.
• Advanced skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing complex datasets.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
• Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.

• Shape the overall functional architecture and ensure alignment with bank standards.
• Orchestrate the alignment of requirements across multiple value streams.
• Define analysis standards and patterns for all teams.
• Set the bar for functional completeness and compliance across multiple squads.
• Facilitate cross-team workshops to align on shared domain models.
• Lead responses to major functional gaps and define mitigation strategies.
• Create high-level process maps and capability models for auditors.
• Lead the analysis community of practice to spread knowledge across FlexHub.
• Partner with business leaders to align IT investments with business value.
• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and drive large-scale improvements.
