FlexHub is Commerzbank's internal delivery capability, a team of engineers, architects, analysts, and experts working directly with business units in Frankfurt, Sofia, and Łódź. The team drives high-priority initiatives and builds internal expertise that lasts, focusing on engineering solutions without sales targets or utilization pressure.

• Deep expertise in business analysis with a strong track record in complex financial software.
• Experience in guiding other analysts and making trade-offs regarding scope and complexity.
• Strong ability to gather, prioritize, and analyze business requirements to drive effective solutions tailored to project objectives.
• Skills in visualizing and mapping business processes using BPMN to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows.
• Proficient in utilizing Jira for task management, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless collaboration in Agile project environments.
• Experience in creating detailed and actionable user stories that reflect business needs and drive successful Agile development cycles.
• Advanced skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to support database-driven workflows.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation to record technical decisions, processes, and project outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.

• Architect business solutions for high-impact and complex domains.
• Define the functional integration strategy for external partners.
• Solve complex logic gaps and edge cases in the requirements.
• Establish requirements standards and ensure the team adheres to them.
• Guide the team during functional planning and help resolve blockers.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify process improvements and plan capacity.
• Write architectural decision records (ADRs) for functional choices.
• Mentor junior and professional analysts to help them advance their careers.
• Advise product management on the feasibility and risks of new business ideas.
• Drive the adoption of new analysis tools that increase clarity.
