Wymagania
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, finance analyst or similar role.
- Hands-on SQL expertise; ability to write queries, create and optimize dashboard models.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools; experience with Tableau preferred.
- Results-driven mindset; ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business impact.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to explain complex data simply and work well with cross-functional teams.
Bonus:
- Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools.
Extra points for:
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- A/B testing experience or knowledge of statistical concepts.
Obowiązki
- Turn data into game-changing insights by partnering with teams across the business (revenue, product, finance, customer success and other) to solve real problems, uncover hidden opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
- Build dashboards that make an impact by creating powerful visualizations that give teams at Hostinger the visibility and confidence to take action, while ensuring data integrity and validity.
- Use SQL and Tableau to extract and analyze data.
- Challenge the status quo by improving current analytical methods, speeding up decision-making and supporting data-driven culture across Hostinger.
- Collaborate with the Data Platform team to ensure data availability, efficient processes and successful project execution.
