• Understand technical products and communicate effectively with technical partners, translating problems into growth opportunities.
• Experience in managing partnerships, reaching out, and selling.
• Comfortable managing data using tools like Amplitude, Tableau, or n8n to automate insights.
• Proactive in bringing strategy and creative solutions without needing permission to change OKRs.
• Understand how different marketing channels operate and how spillover effects are generated.

If your experience is limited to managing coupon sites, cashback portals, or "brand ambassadors," this is not the role for you.

Your dar-to-day:

• Own the growth strategy for one of Hostinger's products, driving aggressive, measurable, and sustainable expansion through the affiliate channel.
• Delegate tasks to a team of affiliate marketing specialists responsible for different countries and partner types.
• Monitor daily metrics such as CPA, Traffic, ROAS, and LTV to optimize performance.
• Collaborate between the Affiliates team and the Product Marketing squad to turn ideas and trends into affiliate campaigns.
• Participate in partner calls, attend events, and perform hands-on outreach for product-specific partners.
