Forward Deployed Software Engineer

• Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Highly analytical mindset and eagerness to solve technical problems involving data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
• Experience or interest in working with large scale data to solve significant business problems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Willingness and interest to travel to client sites, with preferred travel of 25-50% depending on team and location.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Fluency in Polish.

• Work directly with customers to quickly understand their greatest problems and design and implement solutions using data.
• Own end-to-end execution of high stakes projects in small teams with minimal supervision.
• Discuss architecture with fellow engineers.
• Wrangle massive-scale data from various sources into a unified whole.
• Code custom web applications.
• Communicate with customer executives.
• Establish strategy for the team.

• Must work from the city and/or country in which you are employed if applying for roles allowing remote work on an exceptional basis.
• If the posting is specified as onsite, working from an office is required.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
• Fluency in Polish is required.
