Wymagania
Education:
- Technical education or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience will be considered an advantage
Experience:
- Previous experience in an IT Technician / IT Support role
- Hands-on experience supporting end users in a corporate or shared services environment
- Experience working with an IT Service Desk model and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) is an asset
Technical Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint Online)
- Experience with end-user hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, and printers
- Basic understanding of networking, cabling, and local IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with meeting room and video conferencing systems
- Experience with IT asset management and documentation
Languages:
- English – working proficiency (minimum B2 level)
Soft / Behavioral Skills:
- Strong customer service and problem solving mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to support users with varying technical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Willingness to perform hands-on, on site support activities
Obowiązki
- Providing on-site IT support for end users, including the use of Microsoft 365 tools
- Provisioning end user devices using Microsoft Intune
- Managing and maintaining meeting room and video conferencing equipment
- Supporting local IT infrastructure, server rooms, cabling, and network devices
- Maintaining accurate inventories of IT assets, mobile devices, and accessories
- Supporting mobile device setup, synchronization, and repair coordination
- Acting as a local escalation point for IT Service Desk tickets
- Coordinating with external vendors and service providers within defined scope
- Supporting printer operations and basic troubleshooting
- Assisting with local software installations and license tracking
- Managing IT supplies and accessories
