Wymagania
- Experience in Service Management.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and ITIL methodology.
- Readiness to work on 12-hours shift in 24/7 mode.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent French will be a plus.
Obowiązki
- Issue communication about P1 and P2 incidents to inform all parties about the status of the ongoing incident.
- Lead and coordinate management of incidents by quickly mobilizing the teams and third parties necessary for resolution.
- Report to top management on the status of critical incident resolution.
- Participate in CABs to identify major changes that can generate a significant business impact by anticipating possible prevention areas.
