Operations Specialist

IndieBI is a business data aggregation and analytics platform for PC and Console video games. It supports a community of over 300 games companies with $3B+ yearly revenue and 100k+ games and DLCs. The platform offers tools such as a desktop app, data visuals, and insight reports to help game studios analyze sales and marketing data and optimize revenue. IndieBI is also building an account management team to provide tailored services to video game developers and publishers.

• Support operational processes related to onboarding new clients and their ongoing daily operations
• Execute operational tasks involving client data and platform configurations
• Monitor operational workflows and react quickly to errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Take ownership of selected operational tasks and larger parts of operational processes over time
• Maintain and update documentation describing operational procedures and workflows
• Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the engineering team to implement them
