- Experience working within Agile frameworks.
- Ability to challenge constructively and ask insightful questions.
- Experience in data management environments.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and client-service skills.
Obowiązki
Impact on the Business:
- Analyse the business environment and customer needs and translate them into clear business requirements.
- Support programmes and projects with impact assessments related to governance, scope, timelines, budget, or delivery effort.
- Conduct detailed assessments of proposed changes on processes, systems, and data, ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide accurate estimations for new requirements and design changes.
- Ensure requirements are aligned with intended business outcomes.
- Escalate and document risks in a timely and accurate manner.
Customers / Stakeholders:
- Build strong relationships with Business Analysts, Managers, Operations teams, Training teams, IT, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective process changes while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Follow governance frameworks and tollgates to ensure requirements are properly reviewed, approved, and understood.
Leadership & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with team leads and programme teams to deliver change initiatives according to plan.
- Promote a culture of transparency, partnership, and collaboration across global locations.
- Operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Apply a structured, methodical approach to handling complex requirements and evolving priorities.
Operational Effectiveness & Control:
- Adhere to internal compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and operational risk controls.
- Report any concerns regarding control weaknesses, compliance issues, or operational risks.
