Senior Business IT Consultant (Public Services, German)

The Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) department is a team of business analysts, IT architects, and project managers supporting clients in designing, planning, and conducting digital transformations. The BTS Public Services department focuses on supporting clients in the public sector with digital transformation and digitization projects. The company is hiring in Wrocław, Poznań, and Gdańsk.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, IT architecture design, or IT system implementation in public sector organizations
• Experience in analysis, modeling, and process improvement
• Interest in the public sector and its ongoing changes
• Familiarity with market trends such as Digitalization, E-Governance, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong command of German and English
• Excellent analytical thinking skills with ability to analyze processes and propose business-focused solutions

• Working as an independent consultant advising public sector clients on digital transformation, digitization, and regulatory requirements implementation
• Multi-aspect analysis, modeling, and improvement of business processes, organizational structures, and IT environments
• Preparing concepts, planning, and supporting implementation of solutions
• Conducting presentations and workshops with clients
• Co-creating offers for clients
• Supporting clients in key public sector processes including compliance, policy implementation, and public service delivery
• Implementing innovative trends such as e-governance, digital public services, and data-driven decision-making
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced consultants and leading small consulting teams
